AAAAAHHHHH! Last week, we had our heater go out due to a snowball/condensation that built up at the intake of the system, followed by an elbow in the kitchen drain pipe breaking that leaked down the wall into the garage (water from ceiling into garage), then they noticed a hole in our pressure tank (needing the tank to be replaced), then 3 days of not having or running out of water and needing the pump control box replaced (not cheap!), then our pipe from well to house was frozen, they came yesterday to replace pressure/bladder tank (after being here for 4 hours realized we wanted something different then the plumber was preparing for) and while working and high winds our power went out for 3 or so hours. (Sorry for the run on sentence my English teachers would be disappointed they gave me an A!)
Then finally when the power ran out and our plumber had to finish the soldering in the dark, with a head lamp, and one of the valves was attached in the wrong direction....meaning after 10 hours we didn't have water after paying someone to come and thaw out our water pipes on Thursday! Now you know why I said AAAAAHHHHH!
The plumbing company we used was great though. They estimated us for 4 hours of work, were here for 8 hours yesterday and then had to come back today with another 4-5 hours and only charged us the estimated 4 hours of work! Thank you! BUT, after having the water off for almost 24 hours, our water pipe from well to house, froze again and we had to have the same guy come out AGAIN to thaw our pipe.
Well they just left....we can finally do laundry. I can't believe I am saying this, but I am looking forward to doing laundry!!!! What the heck is really going on? We have water, a roof over our heads...wait and now Jon says there is another leak in the soldering/pipes they just fixed and we need another repair!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!
All we can do is laugh...we have two smiling children, who you will see pictures of really soon, a roof over our heads (that needs to be replaced and the guy we had a contract with took off with half of our money! Did I say AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH?!?!?!?!?), heat, and lots of love.
Just wanted to let you all, that have been telling me to get pictures up of the kids, what has been going on and not to think that I haven't had enough to take care of. I want to get pics up of the kids and will, all pics have been organized and are ready to be uploaded (approx. 150 pics coming your way! hah, you won't be complaining then will you?) and I will get them up after I do some laundry and continue care for the kiddos!

That's it, we're coming to visit. John can fix all that shit for good and make sure that it never EVER breaks again! I am SO sorry, sweety. You should have called us; John said he could have walked you through how to fix half that crap over the phone. Anyway, we love you and miss you millions. Sorry to hear things have been so bad since you got back.
Aiyaiyaiyaie....Wow! That sounds like quite the saga! What a discouraging week. Praise God that you're able to laugh about it (at least at times).
